How do I return my online order

Please remember when returning an online purchase the return policy is it must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Please be sure to include the return form to ensure timely processing.
Please record your tracking number.


Which shipping options do you offer and how much do they cost?

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Please allow an extra day for orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends.

Due to occasional circumstances such as weather conditions or social distancing procedures, some customers may experience a slight delay in delivery.


Where is my order?

As soon as your order has been placed, in the background we are working on processing your order. To check the status of your order through your ROR account.


Can I change my shipping address?

At this time, once the order has been placed, we do not have the ability to change/modify any details of the order, including the address. We also cannot have orders rerouted or held at your local Post Office or FedEx location. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.
